Fayetteville Chuy's Prepares To Open February 2023

Chuy's, the well-known Tex-Mex restaurant with Austin origins, is set to open its second Northwest Arkansas location this winter in Fayetteville. 

  • Round the corner: The Fayetteville Chuy's will open at 642 E. Millsap Rd, conveniently down the road from Washington Regional hospital, where they can treat the food coma you're sure to be in - it's nearly impossible to stop once you start in on that creamy jalepeño dip. 
  • Target date: The restaurant aims to open in February 2023 and is thrilled to share its passion for food and unique atmosphere.

Demand For Multifamily Real Estate Holding Strong In Northwest Arkansas

While slower than 2021's market, this year's demand for multifamily residential properties has held firm. 

  • Crunching the numbers: Thirty-two multifamily trades occurred across Northwest Arkansas during the first ten months of 2022, totaling $280m and reaching an all-time high average unit price of $139,742.

Mount Sequoyah Hosts NWA Festival of Trees

The NWA Festival of Trees began Monday at Mount Sequoyah Center in Fayetteville, kicking off a two-week celebration in honor of the center's 100th year of providing programs on the mountain. 

  • Winter wonderland: Businesses, individuals, and community organizations can sponsor trees and wreaths to display during the event, with proceeds benefitting the restoration and preservation of the historic site. 
  • Let the fun begin: Festivities include caroling nights, pictures with Santa, the Wampus Wonderland Christmas Fair, and the Cheers to 100 Years Cocktail Party on Dec 10 from 5-7p.
