Casa Alejo Hosts Grand Opening Today In Downtown Springdale

NWA Daily

Today is opening day for Casa Alejo, a delicious new Mexican restaurant at 101 W Emma Ave in Downtown Springdale.

  • Ok so: The queso will knock your socks off, and it’s even better if you add chorizo. Order anything with campechana, a blend of steak and chorizo, and you won’t be disappointed. We also loved the quesabirria and couldn't stop eyeing the waffle fry nachos at the table next to us.
  • Lunch: Casa Alejo will be open Mon-Fri 11a-3p for lunch only, but plans to extend hours and open their bar by January.
