Meet The Face Of Yeyo's Restaurant

NWA Daily

Arkansas Times recently highlighted Chef Rafael Rios, who is becoming one of Northwest Arkansas's most well-respected chefs after being highlighted for his restaurant Yeyo's in the NY Times Restaurant List and receiving nominations for two James Beard Awards for best chef in the south region.

  • Tastes like home: The son of migrant farmers, Chef Rafael Rios now calls Northwest Arkansas home and has impacted the region's food scene by serving delicious cuisine that combines locally grown flavors inspired by his Mexican family's heritage.
  • Growing: What began in 2012 in a yellow food truck in Downtown Bentonville has evolved into a "Mexican food empire," including Yeyo's El Alma de Mexico restaurant in Bentonville, Yeyo's Mezcaleria y Taqueria in Downtown Rogers, and the addition of another food truck.
