First Thursday In Fayetteville Is On

Experience Fayetteville

Fayetteville's first First Thursday of the year (May's was canceled due to weather) is finally here today! The festivities begin at 5:30p and go on until 9p.

  • Block party: June's First Thursday theme is "In Bloom." The arts and music celebration will include a diverse lineup of live music, art installations, demonstrations, group bike rides, and food trucks. And, of course, there will be an art market featuring more than 30 independent artists.
  • All-natural: In keeping with the theme, there will be a community weaving project utilizing native grasses, flowers, and other natural elements. A wildflower seed activity will also take place with the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. And for you bikers, the Slow Roll Community Bike Ride will offer a tour of the city's legacy trees.
