Interactive Magic Croquet Garden Coming To Shiloh Square

Arts One Presents

An interactive magical croquet garden installation is coming to Walter Turnbow Park in Downtown Springdale this Friday and will be there through the fall.

  • Hand-made: The installation is called “Humongous Fungus: A Colossal Crochet Creation” and promises a larger-than-life experience with over 1,300 croquet squares, which took over 1,100 hours to complete and weigh approximately 350 pounds.
  • Feeling small: “Humongous Fungus” was inspired by the artist’s trip to the Giant Redwood Forest in California, where she felt small in what seemed like a magic garden. The artist wanted to recreate that feeling. The installation will be free to attend and the public is invited and encouraged to interact with it.
