Unleash Your Creative Side During Art On The Bricks In Downtown Rogers

Art on the Bricks is back in Downtown Rogers tomorrow, Apr 13, from 4:30-7:30p, featuring live music, artist demonstrations, and art exhibits with the theme REuse REstore REclaim REcycle REpurpose in honor of National Recycling Month.

  • Gather Around: Downtown Rogers’ monthly Art on the Bricks brings people to the city’s historical center to showcase NWA’s artists, artisans, and musicians with pop-up events, gallery exhibits, and live music. 
  • Art Enables: An exhibit called Celebrating Abilities will be on display in the Rogers Experimental House, consisting of landscapes and portraits created by students of Life Styles Inc of Fayetteville, a nonprofit that empowers those with intellectual disabilities to reach their fullest potential.

International Sports Bar Coming To Downtown Bentonville

The Botanical at 8th & A, the area's first international sports pub, is set to open in Bentonville this summer, focusing on soccer, rugby, and cricket.

  • Refreshments: Expect an extensive selection of international beers on tap, wine, ciders, seltzers, and a vast selection of non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails. The menu will offer deli-style sandwiches and other treats, and there are plans to land a food truck out back!
  • Greenhouse: The space is currently under construction in the building behind Heroe's Coffee and will have a greenhouse vibe, complete with skylights, tons of plants, a huge back patio, a dog run, a kids' area, and lots of bike parking.

Home Sweet Home Music Festival Welcomes Local And National Artists Into The Living Room

The 4th annual Home Sweet Home Music Festival by City Sessions is fast approaching, bringing music and hospitality together in Downtown Bentonville on April 28-29.

  • Welcome home: This music-filled weekend will consist of 50 shows featuring 23 local artists and ten national artists hosted across 14 homes and venues in Downtown Bentonville. Some exciting headliners include David Ramirez, Joshua James, National Park Radio, and Ira Wolf.

FemHealth Founders Inaugural Accelerator Program Nearing Completion

Northwest Arkansas-based FemHealth Founders is nearing the end of its first-ever accelerator program focused on women’s health and wellness, with five participating startups making innovations in gynecology, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and trauma-informed care.

  • Local Founder: One of the five participants is a local startup out of Siloam Springs called Function Feedback, founded by Kristen Davidson, which offers customizable EMG biofeedback for pelvic floor physical therapy that can be affordably used in clinics and at home.
  • The Home Stretch: The eight-week program will end on Apr 28, and participants will travel to Northwest Arkansas to meet investors and stakeholders for a two-day retreat at The Collaborative in Bentonville.
