The Bentonville Planning Commission is considering a proposal for a 7-story, mixed-use apartment complex at the corner of Central and Battlefield.

  • Meeting a need: The development designed by Modus Studio would bring needed housing to the area, providing nearly 545 multi-family housing units.
  • Concerns: While the development has some residents excited, others have concerns about the location’s tendency to flood and the development’s impact on already problematic traffic.
