Endeavor NWA Chooses AcreTrader Creators To Be Endeavor Entrepreneurs

Endeavor Northwest Arkansas concluded its 24th Virtual International Selection Panel (ISP) with a selection of entrepreneurs behind companies from 40 markets around the world. One of those companies is NWA's AcreTrader

  • Made it in: The ISP is the final phase of a rigorous selection process for incorporating entrepreneurs into the Endeavor network of top international business leaders and investors. Now, as Endeavor Entrepreneurs, those behind AcreTrader will have a more global perspective and access to services for expansion. 
  • Investing in farmland, simplified: AcreTrader is a technology company connecting investors, land, and farmers to exist in simplified, semi-symbiotic relationships. The company utilizes technology to streamline customer experiences within a multi-trillion dollar real estate sector.

214 By CACHE Presents Summer Music Series

The Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE) hub in Springdale is presenting a new music series this summer as a part of the Creative Exchange Fund initiative. 

  • Local tunes: The Mixtape Music Series will offer free music performances monthly for the public, consisting of two acts a piece. The series aims to “enhance Northwest Arkansas music ecosystems by subsidizing artist time, access to space, and professional development resources.”
  • The lineup: The first performance is tomorrow, June 22, at 7p at 214 S. Main St. in Springdale. Eddie Canyon and Ozark Odyssey will be performing Hip Hop/Rap and Avante Garde. The following performances are on July 6 and August 3.

Rodeo Of The Ozarks Kicks Off In Springdale This Week

Hold on to your hats because Springdale's 77th annual Rodeo of the Ozarks begins tomorrow! 

  • In the stadium: The Rodeo of the Ozarks is June 22-25 and will consist of heart-stopping entertainment acts, hilarious clowns, children's events, western lifestyle vendors, and classic carnival food. 
  • Details: Gates open at 5:30p every night, youth events begin at 6p, but expect the Grand Entry to begin at 6:30p. The stadium is at 1423 E Emma Ave just East of downtown. Tickets start at $10 for children and $15 for adults.

Blue Zoo Coming To Rogers

Something cool and blue is in the works at the Pinnacle Mall in Rogers. 

  • New spot: The Blue Zoo is making plans to open up in Rogers by the year's end if all goes as planned for the business. With locations across the midwest, Blue Zoo will open its first Arkansas location in a 22,000 sq. ft store within the central strip of the mall at 2203 Promenade Blvd. 
  • With the animals: Blue Zoo is an aquarium-zoo hybrid with a mission to educate and inspire in a hands-on environment. Anyone can visit the store and interact with stingrays, birds, and reptiles; and experience sharks, an octopus, jellyfish, clownfish, and more unique water creatures.
