Over 1.6m people have visited the Scott Family Amazeum in Bentonville since it opened in 2015. Executive Director, Sam Dean, joined the team at KUAF to share his story and what he sees in the museum's future.

Fayetteville's Rental Market Among Most Competitive In The Nation

RentCafe recognized Fayetteville as the hottest small-sized rental market in the U.S. in a recent report on the most competitive rental markets of 2022.

  • Occupied: Fayetteville saw a record-high occupancy of 98.3% and has a lease renewal rate of 76.1%, making it difficult for prospective renters to find an apartment.
  • Line out the door: On average, a vacant unit in Fayetteville takes only two weeks to become occupied, and it's estimated there are 28 potential renters for every 1 apartment.
