Walmart and P & G have a new collaboration with international recycling leader TerraCycle inviting shoppers to drop off traditionally non-recyclable beauty waste.

Surprise Pop-Up Bar Open At Theatre Squared

A Surprise Pop-Up bar opened on the TheatreSquared rooftop terrace yesterday featuring "post-apocalyptic-1950s-retro-southwest-sci-fi" themed cocktails! 

  • Drinks: The pop-up bar is called Area 52 and has extremely limited first-come, first-served seating from 6-10p Thursday-Saturday, open to all members of the public. Three cocktails are on offer by Washington Post "Best "bartender" Adam "Bernbach, including one brand new recipe. Popcorn and other movie-themed snacks are also available. 
  • Stage: Area 52 features quirky installations and near-life-sized aliens. In a room adjacent to the bar on September 10, the 1953 cult sci-fi classic It Came From Outer Space will play on a loop to allow visitors to see the movie upon which the stage adaptation is based.

Ozarktober Schedule Released

Downtown Springdale has announced its line-up of events for Ozarktober 2022! 

  • Celebrate: Ozarktober is a celebration of fall in the Ozarks and is held during October in downtown Springdale. This year, many events will take place outdoors and in the Outdoor Dining District from October 8-30. 
  • Fall fun: Events include live music and local brews, artist showcases, a multi-course brunch on a train, a haunted train, a bonfire, and more! Tickets for the events range from $0-$100 and are on sale now.
