One of Northwest Arkansas’s most renowned crafting events begins this week with the 69th annual War Eagle Fair, featuring over 250 booths of handcrafted products along the banks of War Eagle Creek from Oct 19-22.

• Made by hand: Since the first War Eagle Fair in 1954 was held in the living room of a few locals, the event’s number one rule for vendors has been: handcrafted only. This dedication to tradition and quality sets this fair apart from the rest. 
• Make the trip: The event is located at 11037 High Sky Inn Rd, Hindsville, and will be open Thursday - Saturday from 8a -5p and on Sunday from 8a-4p. Admission is free, though parking is $5 a vehicle.
