Take a trip to Flavor Town during the 8th Annual Frisco Inferno, the Official BBQ Competition of Bikes, Blues & BBQ Motorcycle Rally, hosted in Downtown Rogers on Sep 23. 

• Smoke the Competition: Up to 30 teams of four may enter the competition and compete for The Judges’ Choice Awards, including trophies and cash prizes in two categories of smoked meat — Pork and Turkey.
• The Meat Sweats: Not a chef, but have strong opinions about flavor? This year features a VIP Pit Pass, which includes the opportunity to taste all the competing teams' work and vote for the People’s Choice Award.
