The Monarch Flight Festival will take place Sep 16 from 12-4p at Turnbow Park. A Monarch Parade at 3p will end with the release of newly hatched butterflies at Shiloh Museum. During the event, shop local vendors and artisans as part of the Emma Exchange at Shiloh Square, beginning at noon.
