Pioneer Days at Rogers Historical Museum

The Rogers Historical Museum will host Pioneer Days over Spring Break for kids ages 6-12, with activities planned for March 19th and 21st at 9a, 10a, and 11a each day.

  • Blast From The Past: Kids will learn about the early settlers who made their home in Benton County in the mid-19th century and their ways of self-sufficient living in the rural Ozarks. Each day features a 45-minute program with a themed lesson and hands-on activity.
  • O Pioneers! On Tuesday, Mar 19, kids will learn how to turn their own butter and get to sample their creation on bread supplied by Baked by Kori. On Thursday, Mar 21, programming will highlight traditional metalworking skills, and kids will get to make their own tin lanterns.
