OzarksGo - Commercial Projects Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Project Specialist is responsible for acting as the single point of contact and management for multiple client orders. Providing excellent customer service and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with customer and company expectations. Client responsibilities include on-going client interaction, timeline updates and support during and after installation. Support business development representatives in the sales process including assisting in lead management and contract generation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, communicate well with all levels of personnel and be highly organized. OzarksGo, LLC, is a subsidiary or Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: OzarksGo Business Development Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Accountable for their client's overall customer satisfaction.

·        Responsible for timely project completion and billing

·        Ensures clients clearly understand status of project throughout all phases; including outstanding, pending and completed

tasks,

·        Meet the highest standards and minimize the customers attrition rate

·        Meet deadlines and update Sales Team members with status.

·        Collects and records documentation including customer set-up documents and communicating changes

·        Facilitates efficient and effective internal team and external customer meetings

·        Interface directly with customers to communicate implementation schedule, on-going project status, issues and

responses to questions. The communication vehicle will be via face-to-face meetings, email, and/or conference calls at

regularly scheduled intervals.

·        Provide post installation support services and trouble resolution

·        Assist in qualifying leads that come through and generating contracts if necessary

·        Must understand all the OzarksGo products and services and how they can be applied to help businesses succeed.

·        Provide support when needed for businesses, community anchor institutions, and MDU's to ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EXTERNAL CONTACTS

·        Extensive contacts with various diversified sectors of the public environment; wherein, the contacts are of major

importance and failure to exercise proper judgment can lead to substantial losses to the organization.

·        Contacts with other departments or offices and also frequently with individuals in middle level positions; consulting on

problems which necessitate judgment and tact in presentation to obtain cooperation or approval of action to be taken.

Also, important contacts with associates as required in advanced supervisory jobs, plus frequent contact with senior level

internal officials.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education, Job knowledge and Training: High school diploma is required. BA/BS Degree in a business-related field or 3+ years of service delivery experience and/or 5+ years of telecommunications experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Equipment Operated: Must be able to operate all equipment normally found in an office environment. Must have valid driver’s license without violation, which would prohibit insurability. 

Abilities and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with

strong organizational skills. Agile thinker, quick learner, ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Anticipates and analyses problems clearly and determines appropriate solution or alternatives. Self-starter, motivation for personal, team and company goals and objectives.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.

Physical Effort: While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; and depth perception.

Working Conditions: This position is performed both inside and outside the office, with some irregular working hours. Some travel is required inside and outside the Cooperative service area.
