AcreTrader is seeking an Agent Support Specialist to join the AcrePro team. This role will be responsible for working with internal teams to quickly and effectively respond to the incoming needs of our ever-growing number of agents around the United States. The support of this role will help us to responsibly scale as we work to make buying and selling land common, transparent, and easy. Someone with a high level of urgency, customer service experience, and who enjoys creative problem solving will excel in this role. 

Core Responsibilities

• Uphold positive customer experience with our agents
• Receive, coordinate and delegate problems to appropriate team members through our ticketing system
• Oversee and guarantee speedy/accurate solving and completion of problems
• As at any growing company, expect many other tasks and responsibilities to be assigned as well as growth opportunities to be seized

Key Competencies 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects
• Desire to learn quickly and adapt to constant change
• Fanatical about customer experience with desire to surprise and delight
• Northwest Arkansas based
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment at AcreTrader 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role 
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and concepts
• Tech-savvy and/or experience with a CRM, Asana or other task management software
