Senior Manager - FP&A

AcreTrader is hiring a Senior Corporate Financial Analyst to be a core member of our Finance team. Through this role, you’ll work directly with our organization’s leadership to plan, analyze, and manage financial performance as we continue to scale and grow the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive financial professional that has an innate curiosity and passion for solving complex problems.

Core Responsibilities 

• Build and manage financial models for AcreTrader’s business units and develop forecasts based on your intimate knowledge of our products and strategic initiatives.
• Work with leaders across the organization to forecast cash flow needs and priorities.
• Create managerial reporting to provide visibility into business performance.
• Directly support CFO in special projects as needed.
• Support strategic planning processes through analysis of industry trends and internal performance.
• Participate in our board and investor reporting process.

Key Competencies 

• 3+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation of business impact and results
• Experience working with multiple business units and combining information to a single statement
• Proven ability to lead and drive complex projects and analyses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability explain complex financial topics in simplistic terms
• A creative mindset with innate curiosity to business models and industry trends
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications 

• Agriculture industry expertise a plus but not required
