SOAR Afterschool - Afterschool Program Leader

At The SOAR Afterschool Program, we believe every child has the capacity to be a leader. SOAR partners with hardworking families in NWA to ensure that elementary students have the critical supports and opportunities they need to develop their full potential. Surrounded by the most passionate staff around, SOAR students are celebrated and embraced for who they are today and what we know they’ll accomplish tomorrow. SOAR provides enrichment activities in academics, a focus on public speaking and leadership skills and a fun and safe atmosphere to belong in. SOAR staff hours are 2:15-6:15, Monday-Friday in Rogers and 2:30-6:30 in Springdale, with the option to choose days. Visit our website at soarafterschool.com
