As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all operations associated with running our two physical retail points of distribution (Fayetteville HQ on the Square + The Hub in Bentonville) and our online store operations (warehouse). You’ll work closely with our Brand and Operations team leads to achieve brand and store level goals. We’re looking for a smart, well-rounded hustler with a strong work ethic, sound judgement, and collaborative spirit.
