The Employment Specialist will guide newly arrived refugees along the path to employment as they seek rapid self-sufficiency within their designated resettlement window. Provides a full range of support services including job training, job coaching and career advancement. Works within the business community to develop employment opportunities and promote the hiring of clients. 40 hours per week, salaried with benefits.
