The Details (aka, position descriptions) - QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST / PRESS ASSISTANT / SCREEN ROOM TECHNICIAN 

These positions are entry-level positions that involve being on your feet for long periods of time, standing, walking, and some lifting, moving, and stacking.

Position Responsibilities: QUALITY CONTROL

This position prioritizes the following tasks:

• Last line of defense in ensuring quality
• Verifying sizes, counts, and order breakdowns - ensuring 100% accuracy of order
• Monitoring print quality
• Other screen printing duties as needed: taping screens, cleaning screens, with the overall focus on facilitating print jobs in a timely manner
• After shirts are printed, ensure that printed jobs are properly counted and sorted

Position Responsibilities: PRESS ASSISTANT

This position prioritizes the following tasks:

    - Ensure's efficient job setup and tear down

    - Communicate's well with Press operator and Quality control specialist

    - Must be dependable and personally accountable

    - Attention to detail is a must to ensure high standards of quality.

    - Have a high standard of cleanliness and maintain the equipment used throughout the day

Position Responsibilities: SCREEN ROOM TECHNICIAN 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following characteristics:

    - Organized and attention to detail

    - Ability to transition from task to task / Multitask  

    - Dependable and personally accountable
