We’re looking for someone who isn’t just a manager, but a leader. Someone who can catch our vision and motivates our team to seek excellence in serving our customers. This person should be obsessed with customer service and team leadership, and have a solid understanding of restaurant operations. Preferably, this person would also have experience with Inventory, Receiving, Merchandising, and POS Systems.

Responsibilities include:

-Lead general store operations

-Promote a healthy Snack Lab culture in accordance with our “Snack Lab Guide to Success”, Mission, and Standards

-Oversee health code compliance

-Work with Asst. Manager to manage on-hand inventory and ordering of ingredients and packaging

-Manage onboarding and training of new Team Members

-Manage daily and weekly labor schedules
