Graphic Designer

TC Screen Printing & Apparel’s Home Office in Siloam Springs is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer.  This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 5 pm.   Applicants must be reliable, drama-free, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. 

This position covers all things related to art and design, with a focus on bringing customer concepts to life.  Projects can include anything from decorated clothing and accessories, to creation of SWAG, banners, stickers, as well as logo and brand development.  Our designers work closely with our Sales Team and Project Managers to develop graphics, merchandise, and product lines that will serve our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.  Designers also work with our Production Team to insure the highest quality product is delivered to our customers. 

Designs created at TC are not limited to customer concepts and projects.  Here at TC, designers are also responsible for our own in-house retail lines, t-shirt and merch subscriptions, and special projects.  We are looking for designers and artists who can concept new ideas, help bring those ideas to life, and collaborate to create products our entire team is excited about.

Primary Position Goals:

 -Design for daily customer orders including mockups and custom design, ranging from quick and simple line design to complete custom art creation

 -Clear and concise communication with Project Managers and the Production Team to ensure quality products

 -Bring ideas from early concepts, thumbnails, and sketches to complete, print-ready art creation

 -Conduct research and maintain awareness of design trends and products related to our projects

Candidate Skills:

-Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or experience equivalent

-Minimum 3-5 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite, with primary focus in Illustrator and Photoshop

-Decorated apparel/screen printing industry experience strongly preferred

-Strong graphic design ability with proven history of professional and commercially successful graphics

-Proficiency on Mac computers

-Professional verbal and written communication skills

-Understanding of the full product lifecycle from concept to final product
