Arkansas Razorback and outdoor recreation fans are about to have a space in Fayetteville just for them. 

• The land: Investors recently purchased 43.5 acres two miles west of the University of Arkansas campus to develop a high-end RV resort. The land is on the north side of Kessler Mountain Regional Park, less than a mile from Centennial Park. 
• The park: The development name is Pigskin Park, and developers hope to break ground by the first quarter of 2023 to have it completed by the late summer of 2023. The park pads will have private parking stalls and entertainment areas and be fully equipped with electrical, water, and sewer hookups. The gated park will have Razorback gameday entertainment and shuttle service, a swimming pool, basketball and pickleball courts, and more.
