Arkansas Department of Transportation is hosting two in-person meetings this week, today, Dec 13, and Thursday, Dec 15, to share plans and receive feedback for a proposed $193.2m project to widen Arkansas Highway 112.

• Up the corridor: The proposed plan would widen Highway 112 to four lanes with a median, bike path, and sidewalk stretching from Highway 12 in Bentonville to Highway 412 in Tontitown.
• Meet up: The meeting today will be hosted from 4-7p at Elm Springs United Methodist Church, focusing on the segment between Highway 412 and 612; then, Thursday's meeting from 4-7p will take place at the Bentonville Community Center, addressing the segment between Highway 612 and 12.
