Celebrate Black arts, music, and film in NWA during the Arkansas Black Music & Film Expo in Fayetteville this weekend, Feb 17-18.

• Film frenzy: Friday will center on film with fantastic screenings from former Razorback and Emmy Nominee Quinn Grovey, local filmmaker Michael Day, and a showing of Fire in Little Africa, a heart-stirring multimedia documentary remembering the 1921 Massacre.
• Sound sensation: Saturday will begin with the Mardi Gras Parade at 2p featuring the UAPB Marching Band, followed by the music expo with performances by The Racy Brothers and Crescent City Combo at George's Majestic Lounge.
