Money from the CARES Act will support a new program that provides renters and landlords some relief in these uncertain times

• Background – The Arkansas Fresh Start Program will help catch up renters who have fallen behind in payments. Renters are eligible for the program if they may 80% or less of the areas median income.
• Deep Dive – the program is not currently accepting applications in Northwest Arkansas, but should be in “early November”
