City of Fayetteville is reviewing its stance on short term rentals

Tonight the City of Fayetteville will re-visit its stance on short term rentals, which could lead to new regulations in the city.

  • The City will discuss a new ordinance today, Dec. 1. As the code stands, Airbnb operators legally violate city code. A new ordinance under review tonight would legitimize short-term renting and would provide guidance around how many people could stay in one property. - KNWA
