Coming out of 2020, J.B. Hunt is looking clean. The company published its 2020 Sustainability Report on Friday.

• The highlight reel: The 2020 Report shed light on environmental, social, and governance goals. The transportation company cut 3.5mm metric tons of emissions, partly due to reductions in empty miles.
• Good thinking: J.B. Hunt plans to break ground on a pair of solar arrays in 2022, which will have the potential to meet over 80% of their headquarter's energy needs. Looking beyond 2022, the company will continue to cut emissions and implement alternative energy into transportation processes.
