Commercial Real Estate in NWA Remains Strong

The region's commercial real estate market remains robust amid a flat vacancy rate in 2020, according to Arvest Bank's most recent Skyline Report.

  • The numbers: The report which summarized commercial real estate in NWA for the second half of 2020 found that the overall vacancy rate was unchanged at 10.8% in 2020, but rose 10% in the second half of 2019.
  • Quote: "Commercial real estate in Northwest Arkansas has, to date, been able to remain strong throughout the last year,” said Kelly Carlson, senior VP with Arvest Bank Benton County.
