The Emma Building Group in Springdale recently bought the First Security Bank complex on 100 W. Emma Ave for $4.96 million and has big redevelopment plans.
- The complex: The acquired property consists of the 30K sq. ft, two-story First Security Bank building and the 10K sq. ft “Barrack” building fronting Walter Turnbow Park with the tenants Con Quesos, and Phat Tire Bike Shop.
- The plans: There are plans to turn the First Security Bank building into a new multi-use buliding that will include residential, retail, restaurant, and office use. It will bring a more interactive space to enhance the developing city square at Turnbow Creek and Shiloh Square. Occupancy of the building is expected late this year, and pre-leasing has already begun.
