EasyBins Completes Oversubscribed Funding Round

So you've tried curbside pickup, DoorDash, Hello Fresh, and everything in between. And you still find yourself running to Ozark Natural Foods for that last minute item. Grocery shopping can be endlessly time consuming and you've got better things to do - that's where EasyBins comes in.

  • EasyBins, a Fayetteville-based startup, just completed a seed round capital raise, which garnered a significant investment from the Validation Fund at Winrock International. The fundraising round was focused right here in Arkansas, led by Cadron Capital of Fayetteville and other notable institutional and angel investors including Island Ventures.

  • “We anticipate triple-digit growth to continue throughout 2021 and into next year as we pursue our goal of supporting 100 markets with innovative online grocery service by the end of 2022,” said James Farmer, founder of EasyBins.

  • In addition, EasyBins named industry pro James Purnell, most recently employee of Instacart, as Chief Operating Officer in November 2020. The company also launched its mobile app earlier this year and notched its 20,000th online order in February.

  • “Our seed round of fundraising was oversubscribed, which further highlights the interest in our company’s work and mission,” Farmer added. “As we like to say at EasyBins, our values are: Love People, Love Food and Love Work. We have a lot to love and work for in the year to come.” -EasyBins
