Today is the beginning of Global Entrepreneurship Week and Arkansas is participating in a big way.

• Working together: Entrepreneurs are essential in the Arkansas business landscape with small businesses accounting for 99.3% of the total businesses in the state.
• Some stats:  Northwest Arkansas is the 2nd best metro area for minority entrepreneurs, 6th best area for jobs, and has a 14% higher income than the national average according to the U.S. Bureau of Economics.
