Fayetteville's Arts Council had positive reviews for preliminary drawings of Fay Jones-inspired medians to be built as part of the city's 71B Corridor Plan.

• Glow up: The project intends to improve car traffic, create safer pedestrian and bicycle pathways, add bus shelters and transit lanes, and improve the overall look of College Ave between North St and Joyce Blvd.
• The Fay-vorite: RDG Planning & Design presented options for the plan's decorative medians, and the Arts Council favored the Fay Jones theme, paying homage to the Arkansas-native architect who apprenticed under Frank Lloyd Wright.
