Lapovations, a medical device company out of Fayetteville, raised $1.25m in Series A funding, exceeding their $1m goal by 25% thanks to eager investors.

• Ab day: Lapovation's flagship product is the AbGrab, an innovative device designed to lift the abdominal wall during laparoscopic surgeries, making the procedure less invasive and reducing complications.
• Fifty-pack: AbGrab officially launched in October 2022, and the company has since expanded across eight states with a sales team of 50 representatives and plans to add at least 75 more within the year.
