Three commercial units in Downtown Fayetteville's historic Ice House building have been purchased for $1.47m.

• Fresh beets: The new owner, Dylan Maisel of New Orleans, plans to use the space to open a Northwest Arkansas location of his health restaurant and smoothie shop, The Daily Beet.
• Welcome to the neighborhood: The Ice House, located at 339 N West Ave right off Dickson St, is a mixed-use building and home to Ice House Tattoo, In Motion Boutique, and several residential units.
