Beau Ryall, Arkansas Hospital Association - Hospitalizations have decreased; however, hospitalizations reached their highest levels recently. Northeast and Central Arkansas are seeing the most increase. Hospital bed capacity is tight, but that’s not the issue. The issue is the number of medical workers available to staff the beds.
