• Intentionality: Rotating a prix fixe menu every 4-6 weeks, Chef Jason Paul guides your tastebuds through a multi-course culinary journey. The restaurant seats only 20 people and serves by reservation only 3-4 nights a week to ensure every patron receives the highest quality experience.
