Health Data:

Case Report:

• Today: 628 new confirmed cases, 216 probable cases, 840 probable and confirmed cases
• Total cases: 100,441
• 5,439 PCR tests in the last 24 hours
• 7.6 cumulative positivity rate
• 2,439 antigen tests, 14.9 percent positivity
• Top Counties:
• Pulaski: 62
• Washington: 39
• Benton: 38
• Craighead: 32
• Crittenden: 25
• 637 Hospitalized (+24)
• 1,728 Deaths (+14)

Governor Hutchinson:

• The unemployment rate has dropped from 7.4 percent to 7.3 percent
• There was no media in the room. The press conference was held virtually.
• In a meeting hosted last Friday in the Governor’s conference room, an individual in the meeting later tested positive
• The Governor was notified on Monday morning, and there were questions regarding his exposure.
• The Governor was tested Monday morning, and had a negative antigen and negative PCR test
• The Governor is limiting meetings out of an abundance of caution – Due to social distancing protocols taken during the meeting, the Department of Health has provided direction to the governor that he does not need to quarantine, but should limit his public exposure
• He will continue tests on Wednesday and Friday of this week, and Monday of next.
