A first-of-its-kind investing program will help educate new investors and support early-stage startups in Northwest Arkansas. 

• Neighborly support: Angel investments currently represent 90% of outside equity raised by startups after friends and family. With that in mind, Atento Capital, a Tulsa-based venture capital firm, launched 412 Angels. This program will be conducive to attracting more high net-worth individuals to invest in and contribute to the success and growth of startups in the region. 
• Becoming global leaders: Atento Capital will partner with the Northwest Arkansas Council, the George Kaiser Family Foundation, and the Walton Family Foundation and make a significant step in the momentum of Tulsa and NWA’s collective quest to build one of the most competitive tech economies in the country.
