• Supreme beef: Eat Local Beef is an organization that sources beef from BF Cattle Co., a family owned ranch right here in Arkansas. Over the course of 4 decades, BF Cattle Co. has perfected its grass-fed, grain-finished beef to create what customers call "the best steaks they've ever had".
• Beef, coming up: This pasture raised, local beef will be ready in November. Due to limited supply, the best time to place an order is now. You can order 1/4 beef, 1/2 beef or the whole beef.
