J.B. Hunt has been recognized as a Best Employer for Diversity by Forbes for the second year in a row. 

• Employee survey: Forbes partnered with Statista to survey more than 60,000 U.S individuals who work with companies with at least 1,000 employees on a number of criteria to come to their conclusions.
• Intentionality: J.B. Hunt launched its Office of Inclusion in 2021 to help foster a more inclusive culture. By working closely with the college of business at the University of Arkansas, the company has worked to bring inclusivity to the supply chain industry as well.
