This fall, an accelerator program through the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State is being offered to young companies who are looking to grow their way through COVID and beyond.

• Target market: The Smart Growth Accelerator is a virtual program for businesses that have been around for one to five years with at least one employee other than the owner. The program is being offered exclusively to companies located in Craighead, Crittenden, or Mississippi counties.
• Free advice: A series of webinars will be provided at no cost for companies that fit the bill, providing them with "planning, marketing, and financing strategies" as they continue to navigate the business environment amidst COVID. This is the third and final program of this year, and will consist of four sessions throughout Sept. and Oct.
