The host of I Am Northwest Arkansas sat down with the women behind Sugar Apple Baking Company, one of the newest bakeries in NWA.

• Sweets: Sugar Apple Baking Company is a pop-up bakery that offers a “unique blend of West Indian and Traditional baked goods.” Without a brick-and-mortar location of its own, the bakery works as a pop-up that utilizes NWA spaces to sell its treats once or twice a month. 
• Get some: The next pop-up is this Saturday, August 27, at Two Friends Books at 8th St Market in Bentonville. You can shop online and pre-order your tasty treats to pick up with no minimum!
