Alamo Drafthouse, the Austin-based theater chain renowned for its indie films, craft beer, and strict no-talking policy, is bringing its first Arkansas location to Fayetteville. 

• At the drive-in: The new theater will be located at the former 112 Drive-In at 3552 N Highway 112 and is set to feature an 800-seat indoor theater, a small outdoor drive-in, and a covered beer garden.
• In development: In addition to the theater, plans for the development, called the Aronson, will eventually include apartments, duplex and triplex buildings, a clubhouse, and spaces for restaurants and retail.
