Thanks to request from residents in West Fayetteville, there is a new multi-use bridge connecting folks between Mount Comfort and Wedington Drive.

• Better trails: Yesterday the City of Fayetteville completed the Hamestring Creek Trail Bridge in West Fayetteville. It is near W. Marigold Dr and W. Woodridge Dr, south of Mount Comfort Rd. The bridge itself added 700ft to the multi-use trail system in Fayetteville. 
• Re-route: Before the connector, residents in nearby neighborhoods had to cross I-49 or use a capped sewer line, an option which would be eliminated in high water, to access the city trails. Now hundreds of residents can have access to the Razorback Greenway and other Fayetteville trails with ease and safety.
