Northwest Arkansas saw the most significant year-over-year job growth compared to other Arkansas metros, estimating 292,675 jobs across the region, up 9,380 since October 2021. 

• Just hired: Northwest Arkansas accounted for 55.2% of the state's year-over-year job gains, adding an estimated 9,380 jobs since last October. 
• Jobless: The unemployment rate in NWA has remained relatively the same since last year – currently at 2% compared to the previous year's 1.9%.
