Hayne Begley, a well-known food entrepreneur in Arkansas, has expanded his portfolio of eateries with the opening of Nosh NOLA, a New Orleans-inspired restaurant inside Bentonville Brewing Co.

• The classics: The restaurant offers menu items like the "Nosh" burger and Tot’chos, as well as classic New Orleans staples like poboys, muffulettas, and red beans & rice.
• Not his first rodeo: Hayne Begley is also the owner of the popular Delta Biscuit Co., which he opened in 2018 in Little Rock and then moved to Bentonville in 2022.
