The Northwest Arkansas Council recently sent out a survey to inform its Infrastructure Work Group about the region’s infrastructure and received back responses that relayed NWA’s highest priorities. 

• Regional wants and needs: The top priority of those who responded to the survey is protecting the region’s lakes and streams. Next in the line of importance to respondents was building more highways and increasing recycling while reducing waste. 
• Other findings: The survey includes a majority of respondents expressing that broadband services should be available to everyone, the region needs more public transportation, and there should be a focus on expanding the network of electric vehicle charging stations.
