Only in Arkansas highlighted a family-owned and operated Asian Fusion restaurant that recently changed its name, but has remained a Bentonville favorite. 

• New name: Dough Zone in the 8th Street Market rebranded last year and became Roll & Fold. The new name came from the way most of the food on the menu is prepared — by rolling noodle dough and folding dumplings. 
• On the menu: Everything at Roll & Fold is made on-site and full of homemade ingredients. The menu is a fusion of Asian street food dishes concentrating on Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, and Chinese. We recommend trying the egg rolls and any noodle dish.
